Please help.FC Points Trouble

Can somebody explain please why I cannot buy any FC Points,bundles or Star Passes? How even to fix this? The support is ignoring,thank you for your attention.

Have you tried https://store.fcm.ea.com/ using your game credentials? Also what country are you playing from?
