Problem with extra time rewards in fc Pro Shangai and either the others

Hello fc Community there is a problem with my extra time, I want to get the rewards by watching the videos but when I open it from extra times it says to sign in to confirm that you are not a bot and signing for what? I have signed for everything, and whatever I do, I can't get the rewards. How should  I solve this problem?
