Proposed Change: Change Formations During Match

I think it would be a good idea for EA to allow greater control over tactics\formations during H2H. It would make substitutes more impactful if you were able to change formations and sub in players that have different strengths/weaknesses. For example, if I'm losing and I want more attacking pressure I could switch to 4-2-4 and sub in a LW and a RW. Additionally, it would be nice to be able to look at your opponents current formation/players like you can your own. Especially for their subs as you can't see those players when the game first loads in.
