Purchased but did not receive

In Jan 9 I made a purchase for 2x top-up of 10,000 FC Points (5,000 + 5,000 FC Points) for a total of PHP 2,490. The amount has already been deducted from my GCash account, but I haven’t received the FC Points in my account yet. And I contacted Ea and seek help from the EA help but they didn't do anything, I add money again in my account to purchase it again and I purchased it. I want my refund on my my money in my first order but goodle denied it too, please someone help me even EA and GOOGLE they can't do anything, please help me and fux thiss I feel like I have been scammed by my favourite sports and game.
