Just open Ragnarok pack, got a lot of cards but they were unable to be exchaged to shards, what is goin on?

Same thing happened with me. Got the winter card players but can’t exchange them with winter card shards

Bro same the shards exchange is not working for me also and its only for Ragnarok Cards. EA pls fix this problem.
