Ramadan quest phase 2

How are we to complete these quests when the challenges are weekly and only 2 weeks left but need 3 full challenges to complete the quest? I get winning all 5 games to get all 5 for the week, but we are missing either a week's worth of challenges or the timing needs to be extended.
