Do I need the same player twice to rank up?? Don’t get it…

Everytime I tried to ranked up my players over but unsuccessful please help step by step....
@zjbytspiqcwk on the rank screen there is a success percentage - make sure that you have enough players to make the percentage 100 (there is a list on the pinned topic rank guide)
