EA just has to tell us if this is a feature not a bug. They don't seem to care at all. Extremely annoying.

- @yinxie1963 Pretty sure last time you asked I told you that it is a random bug and the team is looking into it … but just to be clear, yes it is a random bug, yes the team is looking into what might be causing it to occur, and no it is not happening to everyone and not happening all the time or under particular circumstances, which makes it a little harder to troubleshoot.

DO NOT look at daily quest after daily reset, complete HOL stuff, and come back try to finish daily quests, good luck- @yinxie1963 Yep - I do it every day - it has not worked twice for me in the past three weeks of the event
If you are having it happen every day, then I’ll pass that on and maybe someone can contact you to check what about your account is causing a persistent issue when for most users it is a random thing that has happened a couple of times (other than those who are playing the match across reset … it can’t handle that) - @mendozzamagic No worry, I give up. It must be super tough for them to look into their bugs.
- @yinxie1963 unfortunately it is when they are random and there is seemingly no common denominator to their occurrence …
- @mendozzamagic Here is 100% reproducible steps (as I said, this is not random):
1) start the game, don't close it, let it run cross daily login sessions
2) go play HOL and finish everything or even just the skill games
3) go to daily quests, you can no longer complete the daily requests. - @yinxie1963 EA, you don't have any excuse to let this bug go for months if not years with this information.
@yinxie1963 I literally do that every day and have only had it not register twice … are you playing across reset?
There is a known issue with playing the match across reset - it is currently not possibly to fix that - there is also an issue with the quest randomly not working.
if it doesn’t work for you every time you play the game before you go into the quests tab, then I suggest that you go into the quests tab first 🤷♀️

I just gave you the repro steps. If they seriously want to investigate, they don't need my help.
@yinxie1963 I seriously do those exact same steps every day, including today, and it has worked fine other than twice in the four or five weeks that this event has been running.
The team has done the same and likewise can’t replicate the issue using those steps.
They have seriously investigated it - it seems to be random - not sure what else you want 🤷♀️"not sure what else you want"

what do I want? I want them to fix the XXX problem.
I can reproduce this problem every single day.
I know how to work around this issue. That we call a band-aid, band-aid is not a fix.
