We are unable to assist with Bans/Kicks here on the Answers HQ forums. You will want to fill out this online forum to reach out to our TOS team for further assistance.  

  

If you have already reached out to our TOS team keep an eye on your EA account email for any communications. Please note, that not all bans will appear in your account's Ban History.

    I have contacted in game help using another FC mobile account, here's the thing, they said they can't unban me? So may I ask who will?

    Hi @SpencerYT1234 

    To confirm if you reached out to our Terms of Service team and they advised they will not overturn the ban on your account. Then it would remain on your account, there would not be a sperate department or team to contact to dispute the ban.
