@jvq06mivnot1 chances are based on comparative OVR - if you are a skilled player and have progressed, but have a low OVR team, then you will get more basics and less greats until you increase your OVR.

For VSA is is usually best to remove bench players who may have lower OVR, thus lowering your total OVR, but are not used in the game mode
