Unfortunately, it would be useful if we could get the exact information before the start and/or end of the events.
- Max 750 Heroes Tickets for 150 Scout Points
- Max 150 Pass Points for 150 Scout Points
As you can see, I am now stuck with 1200 Heroes tickets that I can no longer use.
Because this time the conversion rate has been set even lower😤
Although the event still appears in my game, but unfortunately only to pick up the 5 Heroes players and not to redeem the tickets🤷🏻♂️😩It would be desirable if in the future either the information is given early enough, or that a few days after the event you still have the opportunity to redeem the remaining points in a meaningful way😇🙏🏼
- @Konterman The information was posted around 4 hours before reset … it would have been provided during the live stream the day before but tit seems that he conversion rate was not finalised at that time, so they could say no more than the would be an exchange.
You wouldn’t have got much with the extra anyway - that hero pack gave me nothing but low value 80s - I didn’t even bother with the couple hundred spare that I had left over the requisite 750 Thanks for your answer @mendozzamagic 🙏🏼
I am aware that this does not mean the end of the world😉
However, as we are spread all over the world, it takes at least 24 hours' notice to do everyone justice if you want to share information about upcoming, existing events.
I expect this level of professionalism from a company like EA.
I know that with the 12 packages I could have drawn, 99.99% of the time I wouldn't have got a player over 82.But 12 x an 80 player that I can sell for +/- 200k would also have been over 2.5 million coins for me🤑🤷🏻♂️
I just hope that the communication at the next event will work better and sooner🤞
- @Konterman yeah - I think this was a case of them not having made up their mind, so not able to release the information.
I get it though, my reset used to be 4:30 am, so I never got any information that wasn’t out at least 8 hours before the reset
