Serious Issues Affecting Gameplay Experience in FC Mobile

Dear EA FC Mobile Team,

I’m writing to express my deep frustration regarding several recurring issues that are ruining the overall gameplay experience.

Connection/Match Freezing Problem:
During Division Rivals matches, I often get disconnected or kicked out just when I’m about to win. This has happened repeatedly, making it impossible to rank up fairly.

Unbalanced Referee System:
The in-game referees feel extremely inconsistent. My opponents can push, pull shirts, or tackle aggressively without any foul being called, but when I make the slightest contact, I get an instant foul or even a penalty. This makes the game feel unfair and biased.

Low Pack Reward Rates:
The drop rate of high-rated players in packs is extremely low, even after spending a large amount of gems that take a lot of time and effort to earn. Please consider increasing the pack probability for dedicated F2P players.

Lack of Valuable Rewards for Events:
Recent events often take weeks to complete, but the final rewards are very disappointing and not worth the time invested. Please introduce better, more meaningful rewards — especially for free-to-play players.

These issues have caused many players, including myself, to lose motivation and even uninstall the game. I truly enjoy FC Mobile, but these problems are seriously damaging the experience.

Please look into these bugs and gameplay imbalances. The community deserves a fair and enjoyable football experience.
