Reason account was banned
Hi my account was banned and I want to know the reason and want to cancel my ban

You should generally receive an email to the registered EA account address letting you know the reason for any account ban or suspension. If you're not seeing that or if you feel an action was placed on your account incorrectly, please create an appeal with these steps so our Terms of Service team can take another look. They'll have the tools and records necessary to review this for you.
We're unable to make any changes or discuss details of your account here on the forums, but please keep an eye on your case history page once that appeal is created and the ToS team will reach back out once that review is complete.
