Re: Problems with the BRIGHTLIGHTS code redemption and the webstore.

I tried the BRIGHTLIGHTS redeem code yesterday from the ea redeem section and I showed successfully granted but when I opened the game it was not in the main... Same incident happened to me some time ago too... EA why is this happening? The 1.5 k gems and the precious rankup points are now gone... Please ea fix this
