Missing quests

Hello ea, i play FC mobile for approximatly 2weeks I still don’t have my quests (the brown icon with the arrow) even after the Thursday refresh. I play every day and already completed the basic training. Could you please check my account and reactivate the quests?

Please ea its m'y new a create 2weeks avo and i have very good players please without thé quests i can't do anything and i can't open packs, so please try te refresh it. Thank you.
