Scouting camp players are so bad

The point of scouting camp was to try out players, while getting the rank up points as a bonus. But since the new skill points system, the players have become so slow and unresponsive. 

I don't see why are the players unranked. Yes they're trained to lvl 25, but the unranked part means they will stay slow even at lvl 30.

Rank up the players and have us choose the skill points to implement. Or at least revert to the old red rank level 20.
