Season end Rollback - Not 5 as on Help text but 10 mini divisions

Hi, 

As per the help text it should be 5 mini divisions roll back.  I was FC Champ 0 stars, so should have been either Legendary 5 or Worl Class 1 depending on how you calculate it.  But I find myself in World Class 5.

Is this a bug?
