@fistd2fw1wpu Which game mode are you playing and on what difficulty level?
It makes no difference if it's Managers Mode, Head to Head, Anniversary, or Conmebol. The only place it doesn't happen is in VS Attack or Football Centre.
It really doesn't matter when or where it's happening, it needs to be fixed. Players aren't going to beat a keeper from 25 yards out with the keeper having an unobstructed view of the player, and no one in this world can head a ball with that much velocity from that distance and score.
EA needs to do something about it. Especially since their slogan is 'If it's in the game, it's in the game'. The conditions mentioned are not 'in the game'.
Fix it.
- @fistd2fw1wpu I asked about the modes, because some of them are set at deliberately low difficulty levels to enable new players to score goals and not give the game away because it is ridiculously difficult.
There will always need to be a balance between something that is enjoyable to play and something that is a true reflection of real life.
If you want complete authenticity then every match would be ninety minutes, retired players and icons would not be a part of the game and all players would only have their base cards that reflect their actual skill level.
It’s a game - if you make it ao hard to score that nobody can, there would not be many who would be interested in playing (as has been seen with the recent difficulty increase which has been met with considerable push back)You know as well as I do, scoring from that far out, or a header from that distance is bull.
I didn't ask you to make it hard to score, I'm asking EA to stop having players, including my own, from scoring 25 + yards out. Stop having players, including my own, from hitting headers with such power, they beat a keeper from 18 yards out. There's nothing enjoyable about that.
Speaking of ballance between being enjoyable to play and something that is a true reflection of real life, find a little more common ground. Just tone it down a bit. Can't be that hard.
