SONGKRAN extra time error

I opened an extension with 100 points in the new 100 songkran event extensions. There were 10k gems, 30k extension 02 chips and 103 players. I bought the 30k extension chip and completed it to 40k the next day, but I can't use it in the extension section. Please fix this error.

I bought the 30k extension plug as seen in the pictures below and the next day I noticed that I could not use the 40k extension plug. Please fix this problem and help me
