Technical Sync Issue Case 242206590

Hi, my EA portal shows No Active Bans but my game is blocked. Chat support could not fix this sync error and suggested it is beyond their scope. I need a manual account refresh to fix this discrepancy.

    I have also filed a refund request with Apple since I cannot access my purchased Star Pass due to this bug
