TERRIBLE MATCHMAKING!!!

Subject: Unacceptable Matchmaking – Why Is a 10-Star Player Matched Against an 50-Star FC Champion?

Dear EA SPORTS FC Mobile Development Team,

I am extremely disappointed with the matchmaking system in FC Mobile.

Tonight, after a long and exhausting day at work, I simply wanted to enjoy a few matches of Head to Head. Instead, I was matched against a player whose profile clearly shows FC Champion status, with 51 stars in H2H and 70 total H2H wins.

For context, I am currently around 10 stars.

Let me make one thing clear: I have absolutely no problem losing to better players. Losing is part of football, and I respect that.

However, matching players with such a significant difference in competitive ranking raises serious questions about how your matchmaking system actually works.

What is the point of having a ranked progression system if players at completely different competitive levels can be matched against each other?

Is matchmaking prioritizing finding an opponent quickly over providing a fair and balanced competitive experience?

If so, this is a terrible approach.

Players invest their time trying to climb the divisions, improve their skills, and enjoy competitive matches. We should not have to deal with such unreasonable matchmaking, especially when the ranking gap is this significant.

I am not asking EA to guarantee me victories. I am asking for a fair opportunity to compete against players within a reasonably comparable skill and ranking range.

Please explain how this matchmaking decision was made and whether EA has any intention of addressing this issue.

A competitive game should reward skill, not make the matchmaking experience unnecessarily frustrating.

I sincerely hope this feedback receives more than an automated response.
