The Ai need to stop ✋️ switching next players for me
I turned off automatic switch players. Ea the game keeps switching my back 4 as it please
i was bussy defending with the green player then boom u switched to the purple wy assistant wy

Same here
So you’ll be controlling one defender (green cursor), then the game suddenly decides another defender (purple cursor) is “more relevant” and switches you anyway.
Usually this happens because:
the ball changed direction fast
opponent triggered a through run
your selected player got screened
AI predicted interception with another defender
“Auto Switch on Air Balls” is still partially active.
Try these settings to reduce it as much as possible:
In Settings → Gameplay
Auto Switch: Off
Auto Switch on Air Balls: Off
Auto Shoot/Pass: Off if enabled
Also:
avoid holding sprint while manually defending constantly
use joystick to keep cursor locked before tackles
don’t spam second defender press too much or game may force-switch
Another hidden thing in FC Mobile: when your defender is badly out of position, the AI sometimes force-switches to preserve defensive shape even with manual switching enabled. A lot of players complain about this in competitive matches

work rate is very important in Ai decision making
I watched the video sent and saw that the defender or cdm chasing after the ball work rate are attack high defence medium so it didn't value chasing it after the first touch
high high player would clear that ball to throw in sides because ai understands better
