There should be more ways to earn the new Rank Up tokens

In the closing weeks of an event there isn’t any source of rank up token bar scout camp. The new rank up system doesn’t give players the leeway the old system did so players will use up their tokens much quicker and on fewer players. Many people are complaining about this.

Perhaps give players scout camp tickets more often?
