I can’t rank up my player. I have 87 Insigne and I’ve bought another two 87 Insigne to upgrade my current card, though those two cards are not shown when I am trying to rank up the new cards. While if I try to rank up those two cards between them is available to upgrade those cards.
They are the exact same card, so I don’t understand why this happens. I’ve uploaded screenshots of those players here.
I have tried ranking up untradeable Romero at several occasions and its not possible to rank up. Only through Dudek have I succeded.
My guess is that I have trained him to lvl15 and thats why it doesnt work? Can anyone confirm plz?
I have removed my Romero from all lineups and checked several times. He is the only player i have had this problem with.
My solution was to level up one of the new player cards that I bought to the same level as the non-tradable card, and that way I was able to use the non-tradeable card to level up that player. That's quite weird, they could just lock the player but show it on the lineup for upgrade and give some feedback to the user as to why they cannot use that card for an upgrade.
