@SokinT You can rank up the tradeable card - take all the cards out of your lineups (you might have two different versions in different line ups), find one of the tradrabke cards, rank that one up.
My solution was to level up one of the new player cards that I bought to the same level as the non-tradable card, and that way I was able to use the non-tradeable card to level up that player. That's quite weird, they could just lock the player but show it on the lineup for upgrade and give some feedback to the user as to why they cannot use that card for an upgrade.
