Unbalanced Stat Scaling & Position-Based Progression Flaw

I am writing to report a critical balancing issue regarding how player stats scale after training, which creates an unfair and illogical gameplay experience.

If you compare certain players (such as Alessandro Del Piero and Heung-Min Son) at their base levels, Del Piero starts with significantly superior stats. However, once both players reach maximum training (Level 30), Heung-Min Son receives a disproportionately massive stat boost that completely surpasses Del Piero, despite Del Piero having much higher initial base stats.

This inverted or inconsistent stat scaling means that high base-tier advantages are completely nullified by erratic training progression formulas. It creates confusion and unfairness for players investing in these cards.

I kindly request the development team to review and recalibrate the training stat growth formulas to ensure logical and fair progression for all players.

Thank you for your time and support.

You do know that each has different positions setup

A RB having an alternate positions of CB and cdm or others would be different than a CB having an alternate positions of RB or lb and his first stat is ball playing defender

A normal CB supposed to be having a defender as its first part but that CB which is currently an example don't which in the normal stats looks the same but at max you would see that the passing stats are above the charts

Everyone has their own preferences and EA gave us different positions and roads we want
