Unfair Ranked Play (vsa)

I don't know how the rank script system works in vsa, is it based on every 10* or just what matters is being champion? I just started playing rank my (10*) then suddenly got an opponent who is 40* (now he's 50*), is that fair?

If it really does depend on the champion, how do I win against opponents in my whose ovr is far above my team? do I have to become a cheater too in order to win?

Genuinely ask tho, how do you win against a team that has an ovr far above your team? I've been playing calmly, what people often say, not rushing.

    I tried it again, and another problem came up, as always. I thought having a proper device and good internet connection would be the best solution to avoid poor connection, but nah, it still says poor internet connection and laggy. I lost 20s+ of gp when I was almost about to win, even though it was fine before? How is that possible? do I need to use nasa's wifi just to not lag anymore? and it keeps happening every time I play against someone with a higher ovr than me. No wonder division rivals these days is dead
