I would too, honesty. I’m really sorry you’re dealing with this. In terms of support, this company is absolutely horrible. I’d deem it near impossible to actually get somebody on your case who can help, even though it involves huge amounts of money. Someone needs to get legally involved with these guys and their faulty support. Hoping you get your account back.
