URGENT: Suspected Cheating and Connection Manipulation in FC Mobile H2H

Hello EA Support,

I am submitting a serious report regarding a suspicious incident during a Head-to-Head match in EA SPORTS FC Mobile on October 27, 2026.

During this match, I was winning 3–1 in the 82nd minute and was dominating the game. As I was attacking and preparing to score another goal, I suddenly received a “CONNECTION LOST” message and was kicked out of the match.

My internet connection was still working normally. I had played other matches before this incident without experiencing the same problem.

What makes this situation even more concerning is that, after returning to the game, I could not find the match in my match history. Consequently, I cannot identify the opponent to submit a direct player report.

Given the circumstances, I suspect possible connection manipulation or exploitation, and I am requesting a thorough investigation.

I have a screenshot showing the score, match time, and connection-lost message. Please investigate any available match records and determine whether cheating, connection manipulation, or another technical issue caused this incident.

I take fair competition seriously, and I do not believe players should have their matches disrupted through unfair methods.

Please let me know whether this incident can be investigated without the opponent’s username, since the match is no longer appearing in my history.

Thank you for your time and attention.

Regards,

FC Mobile Player
