There have been cheaters since this game came out. I saw a player in H2H with an OVR of 100. His players ranged from 96 to 100. The LW was a 100 OVR ranked to 30. The player cost 219,000,000. He would have to have 19 of the same card, or universal rank cards, plus all the players he would have to have bought for each time he ranked him up. He would need billions of coins. And that was just that one player. There's no way someone can do that without cheating. And the messed up part about it is, nothing will be done about it.
Yeah, it is almost immediately clear by the line-up when someone cheats. When someone buys coins with real money, it is cheating, but legal one. And something else... that should be really stopped somehow.

I'm sure there are some who spend hundreds or even thousands of real dollars to get the best team they can get. Nothing wrong with that. If you can afford it, go for it. That's not cheating. What I think of as cheating are the people who install hacks, (I looked some up) like unlimited coins, freezing the goalkeeper, getting an instant win. Those are the people who need to be removed from the game. Of course, EA Sports doesn't care about cheaters, they only care about making money. As I mentioned earlier, cheating has been a part of this game since day one and, sadly, it's going to continue.

Teams with super cards is not necessarily cheats - some players spend thousands on card packs - it’s a complete waste of money as far as I’m concerned, but it is what it is!- 3 years ago
played against one yesterday my man has 92 OVR and goes 13 goals and misses on purpose rest at around 30 sec left in the game. looked at this history and comes out he wins games against higher opponents with 2-4 goal difference
