VSA “good” chance where I don’t even get to touch the ball

This has happened twice in the last week. I’m playing VSA and I get a chance where the pitch fades into view only for the ball to roll directly to the defense without my players even touching it and, like that [snap!], my so-called “good chance” is over before it even began. This is ridiculous! I was outraged the first time it happened to be me, but now it’s happened twice inside of a week and I’m simply bemused. What has EA created? The game is broken and we can’t seem to get a peep from the company as to what (if anything) is being done to fix it. 🤷‍♂️
