VSA matchmaking rigged?

The matchmaking in VSA is really rigged? Are F2P just stat pads for players who spends a lot? I am fielding a 110 overall team and for my past 7 games I don't even have a 111 overall opponent. EVERY SINGLE OPPONENT SO FAR HAS BEEN 112-113. How the f do I even have a chance at winning if the other team has 5 Great + 6 Good chances while I have 2 Great + 6 Good and 4 BASIC CHANCES. Not to mention my 107+ overall players pass like idiots. 

I have like 1 wins in god knows how many bloody matches and I had to really scrape it out. Opponent had 5 great chances and 8 good chances. The hell seriously?

Is there any point in playing this VSA mode anymore?
