We Need 3-2-4-1 Formation / 3-4-2-1 is OK too
So many teams nowadays play with a box midfield. We used to have it with a 3-4-2-1, also works but the two as CAM. What I suggest is: Arsenal, City, and sometimes Liverpool all deploy this system...

For us who love possession, two CDM and two CAM would be the dream. And it's not the same as 3-4-3 because in that one everyone is wide. I advocate for a more central setup. No LF/RF just CAM. We could play Rooney, Ronaldinho, Cruyff and many more in this attractive position!
