What are the meanings of the updated

Why do players with 112,111 ovr play better than 115 and above? What is the meaning of the update if players with 115 and above can beat some 111 ovr and 112?

I like to have my ball highlighted in games but have to keep activating it on every division rivals match. Can you make it a "saved/remembered option", like the camera?
