who can help me? because I was banned for no reason...

I sent 10 emails to FIFA and they did nothing. I get the same emails every time and they don't even tell me why they banned me.

    Hi 23166677665​,

    I'm afraid we can't assist with account bans here on the EA Forums. Our Terms of Service team would exclusively look into banned accounts and see if the ban can be lifted. 

    If they've checked this out for you a number of times and each time confirmed the ban should remain in place, I'm afraid that means the account will stay banned.
