May I suggest EA give us ALL a gift for the holidays and fix the fundamental deficiencies in the game?!
We’ve given loads of feedback on the new season update (via the pinned threads) and I’m guessing that a lot of folks would agree that we’d rather see EA invest in improving the game for everyone rather than sending TWO people to a Real Madrid match. I know the intention with this sweepstakes may be good, but the optics are frankly insulting given how consistently we’ve seen errors and glitches lately and how long-term points of pain (like poor game mechanics and inane player logic/AI) remain unaddressed.
It honestly feels like EA thinks it can distract us from how crappy the game has become by offering up this shiny object. And the fact that an EA manager comes into the forum to post about it when so many user questions/comments remain unaddressed just adds to the sense that EA’s priorities are not aligned with those of the community.
