Winter sale box 2023

Hi I’ve recently opened the winter sale box 8 times and it has since disappeared from my shop. HOWEVER, I have not received all of the 8 rewards such as the 92-95 card as promised. Instead I have been given duplicate items despite the description clearly saying that each item can only be claimed once. Would be nice if someone can help address his issue as in game customer support has lead me here.

Same here, it seems the rewards pool refreash everyday, I opened in different days, and didnt get 85+, 88+ and 92+ cards.

That's rediculous, i spent 4000 fc points, 25000 diamonds and gets nothing but a Mascherano. BTW that make pack distribution false, it's not guarantee to get 92+ player.

But It should not refresh every day right?

Only thing I concern is how can I get my gems back

Right?! The pack description says that each reward can only be claimed once. That’s the only reason I bought it as it guaranteed a 92-95 card. Why would the rewards refresh everyday making it so that we get duplicates.

I just opened the "Winter Sale Box" 8 times and if Im not mistaken i should have guaranteed 92-95 player, but I did not got him.

I did that and was told to go make a post in the forums 😓Don’t see this getting resolved anytime soon
