Wrong reward SBC

Question

I have done 2 sbc's. The description sbc was Any TOTS player. So I did m twice to save them for SerieA TOTS releas.

Then I saw the reward pack and it said: contains 1TOTS /TOTS mention otem frome Ligue1 ,Pl Arkema, Eredivisie, PL, WSL EFL.

The wrong title of the sbc is misleading. I put 6 TOTS/TOTS mention players in it. And got players i can't use in the game. I only play with SerieA

Anyone now how tot get compensation for this ??

they also can't provide packs that contain players that have not yet been released, so you may find that as the other players become available they may be able to be packed ...
