26 phase 2 tokens reward bug

I encountered a serious bug while exchanging players for 26 Phase 2 Tokens on my iPad 10gen. Here’s exactly what happened:
Bug Details:
• Player exchanged: Amiri 117 OVR
• Expected reward: 150 Phase 2 Tokens (per official rates: 117 OVR = 150 tokens)
• Actual reward received: Only 5 Phase 2 Tokens

how to resolve this? Thanks.

    Which Amiri is that? From which event? Only base ovr counts, so are you sure he was 117? Can you find a picture of him in badge or market?

    Sanyosa is correct.
    The highest Amiri is actually 113OVR base. The tokens you get are for what the base player is, not the ranked-up player we all got from the Ramadan event.

    So getting 5 P2T tokens is the exact amount you should be getting.
