Unable to Make Purchases from EA Web Store
Hello Everyone! I have an issue that I hope that someone can assist me with. I had more than 3 chats with EA support, but all I had were copy-paste answers and horrible customer service. I'm trying to make purchases for the first time via the EA website store instead of in-game but when I try to make the purchase i get an error message saying that "I cannot make ourchases via another country's store and that i need to make via my country's store" but my region is Poland and my FC mobile account region should be Poland as well, is anyone faced an issue like this before? Can someone please assist with this matter? I'm suspecting that my FC Mobile account is set to a different region by mistake, and if so, is there any way of checking our FC Mobile account region? More importantly, it aligns with the EA Accessibility Patent Pledge, acting as a vital feature for players with fine motor disabilities, limited dexterity, or cognitive impairments who cannot rely on standard virtual buttons. Following the latest update, several advanced PlayStyles do not register through contextual touch screen inputs. Here are two specific, high-profile examples: Vitinha UTOTS (PlayStyle+ Level 2 - Incisive Pass): When executing passes via screen taps or swipes, the contextual AI defaults to a generic flat pass. The special accuracy trajectory and speed of the Incisive Pass PlayStyle fail to trigger entirely. Ronaldo (Power Shot): While button users can easily trigger a Power Shot by swiping the shoot button horizontally, the gesture control system fails to recognize quick screen swipes to consistently activate this signature mechanic, neutralizing the card's main competitive advantage. When PlayStyles do not function equitably across all control schemes, it creates an unfair competitive gap. Players who rely on gesture controls due to physical limitations or disabilities are effectively locked out of utilizing their high-tier, competitive player items. I have an FC Mobile account linked to Gmail and Facebook, but when I open it on another device with the same Gmail and Facebook, the new FC Mobile account is logged in instead of the one I should have. Hello EA Support, I am using an iPhone X to play FC Mobile. Before the latest game update, the game ran smoothly without any issues. However, since the update, I have been experiencing several problems. When playing Manager Mode and Head-to-Head matches, the game frequently crashes and closes unexpectedly. In some cases, the game does not crash during the match, but after the match ends, it becomes stuck on the pitch screen and does not proceed to the rewards or results screen. I had 990 Nation 2 Story Fragment Tokens, but when I went to redeem the final 300 from Brazil, my total reset to 410, I don't know why. My ads won’t open to complete my daily task. When I click on it, it just says “sorry no ads available right now”. Clearly that’s wrong but I will lose out on the bonuses of completing the tasks.
