Dear EA Support Team, I am writing to express my growing frustration with how this issue has been handled. I have already purchased 5 A Nation’s Story: NED Shard Packs, which — according to your own in-game description — should automatically unlock the free “A Nation’s Story: NED Selectable Gift” pack. Despite fulfilling these requirements days ago, the pack is still locked. I have contacted support multiple times, yet instead of receiving an actual solution, I was repeatedly given generic template instructions such as restarting the game or reinstalling the app. I followed every single step you asked for, and none of them resolved the problem. What makes this even more frustrating is the kind of questions your support team asked afterward. Even after I provided my Player ID, which should allow you to instantly view my full transaction history, I was still asked completely unnecessary questions such as: “What time did you make the purchase?” “How much did you pay?” “Which exact pack did you buy?” These questions are illogical, repetitive, and frankly unacceptable. With my Player ID, your system should automatically show everything — timestamps, purchase logs, price, and pack type. Why am I being asked to manually answer things your database already knows? To make matters worse, after wasting several days, I was told to “share this problem in the forums,” which is not an acceptable solution for a paid content issue. At this point, I expect immediate and direct action, not another scripted response. Please do one of the following without delay: Manually unlock the “A Nation’s Story: NED Selectable Gift” pack on my account; OR Provide appropriate compensation for the reward I have fully earned and should already have access to. In the past 4 hours, the game has been lagging and stuttering every 2 seconds consistently and passing ball. This issue severely affects gameplay and significantly reduces the enjoyment of the game. my ping in game is 7ms. Im using iPhone 16promax I have already tried basic troubleshooting steps, including: Switching to a wired LAN connection Rebooting my iPhone Ensuring the device temperature stays very low (around 20°C) However, the problem still persists, which means the issue is coming from the game itself.
