3000 gem reward not received

I got 103 Zirkzee in a gem pack, I was working on my last player to exchange my shards for, but when I wanted to exchange Zirkzee for shards he wasn’t on my player list.

What happened? 

I’m afraid to spend more gems now, but want the get some more shards to spend on this last day! What to do now??
