FC Mobile freezes when opening Squad screen

Hello,

I am having an issue in EA SPORTS FC Mobile.

The game works normally, including matches, the store, and other menus. However, whenever I open the Squad/Lineup page, the entire game freezes and becomes unresponsive.

I have already tried:

- Clearing cache

- Reinstalling the game

- Restarting my phone

- Updating my device

- Changing battery settings

My device is Xiaomi 11T Pro.

The issue started after opening several player packs.

I also tested the same account on another device (tablet), and the Squad screen still freezes there as well. This suggests the issue is related to my account or squad data rather than my device.

Please check if there is a problem with my squad data or account and help resolve this issue.
