A problem regarding my reward for hero chronicles

Hi i have a problem regarding the hero chronicle event 

i've been playing the event from the start and I still    Haven't gotten one of my heroes which stopped me from claiming the final reward  I don't know why I said in the beginning maybe luck but now I've done all heroes got all hers that's why I reached out to solve the problem. Please keep me updated thanks
