Glorious box bug

Hello guys , i opened the glorious box with 100 fc points that i had on 14th of December at around 8:30 pm ist. When i opened the pack it showed that i packed the signature pavel Nedved card but the game lagged at the walkout. I thought it was just some wifi problems and refreshed the game but when i refreshed the game and saw my players inventory that it was not there. I checked the box and it showed that i got 300 training transfer points but I didn't get those. I have tried daily to report this glitch in the customer service given in settings but everytime I was ignored and at last was suggested to report the glitch here. I am still waiting for some reply by someone working at ea and looking to get my player back
