Re: Suspended for no reason [0x00002710]

I am playing FC mobile for 2 years.
But recently my account got suspended.
I just had internet connection issue and because of that i logged in and out few times frequently. For that EA gave me suspension.

There is showing that my EA Fc mobile game account is suspended for hours but exactly how much hours it's not showing.

So how much I have to wait and what I have to do to get my account back

I believe this sanction may have been issued by mistake. I have never used any cheats, hacks, bots, unauthorized third-party software, or any method that violates EA’s Terms of Service and fair-play rules. I always strive to play legitimately and fairly.

If this suspension was due to suspicious activity, I request kindly that you re-review my account logs and gameplay history. I am fully willing to cooperate and provide any additional information if needed.

unfortunately, we cannot help with suspensions here in the forum. Please read this article and contact Support to dispute your ban.

I am in need for help over this issue.
I contacted through raise an appeal and that case. And all they tell me was to go to penalty history and appeal there but in my ea account there is no penalty history. It's empty. So how do I appeal .
I had also confirmed that it is same account from which I had logged into the game
