Adds not available

Hi there,

Since 08:00 AM (CET) adds aren’t available to watch. 
It happens to any add no matter the chapter (daily quest, gems store…)

The main “add title” is shadowed -showing no add available to watch- and if you anyway try the message “No ads available now” appears.

Happens in iOS (iPhone and ipad). Already uninstalled, power off the device and reinstall and it didn’t solve anything!

any ideas??

    Solved!!

    how come didn’t think about it sooner… 🤦‍♂️

    it’s a thing related to security/settings of wifi (I’m away, not home), when Connected to cell data ads are available!

    Hi mate - ads are region based - sometimes the total available ads for a region are all utilised and you need to wait until the next reset to access again

    Understood, Never happened before (in 2 years) though. 
    Waiting then for reset!

    Unfortunately nothing has changed 😢

    No ads available to watch, anywhere… does it make sense to run out of ads for a whole region within the first hours of the day? (Bearing in mind it already started to happen yesterday… 2 days in a row…)

    So - per above - you have two options … try switching to a different network (per the op) or wait it out till the next reset because all the ads in your region have been watched for that game day
