Webstore login problem

Hi everyone, I'm from Indonesia. I hope someone can help me. I'm having trouble accessing the FC Mobile online store by country. Thank you.

  • Unfortunately, the account location/region is set when the account is first registered and can’t be changed afterwards. If you’ve moved regions, the usual workaround is to create a new account in your current location to access the local store options.

    Hey Masmuu00​. This error usually means your account was originally created (registered) in a different country than the one you’re currently using. Have you changed your location in the past, or used a VPN?

    I don't remember exactly what happened. This account was created in 2024. I only reactivated it four or five months ago. If there was an error during installation, can my account be repaired? I'll send you my ID.
