ads not working for some reason

I'm literally at 2,950 gems I need 50 to get 200 rank up tokens i already have 360 to rank up 119 rodrygo to red rank i tried watching 1 ad to get 100 gems but the video wasn't playing i thought it was my phone but it wasn't i tried minutes ago again but it isn't working for some reason please ea just fix the game you only care about the money this isn't even a football game it's a card game I'm so pissed rn bro I'm literally 50 gems away🥀😭
