Animated Sideline Coaches not visible on Samsung Galaxy F15

"I am playing FC Mobile on Samsung Galaxy F15. Animated sideline coaches are not showing during matches even on Medium/High settings. My device uses Dimensity 6100+ chipset. Please investigate this issue."
