Banned(?) account

Hi all! My account was surprisely banned. I asked the support immediately about the circumstances of banning. Support replied soon: "Our investigation found that your account was involved in cheating...

Any reply? Is this a standard method by EA? Random ban an account and giving NOT any help?

I hope not.

None of us (players) would be happy to get into the situation you described: invest years of grinding to lose everything without any info or way to correct the injustice
